Storyline

It's no surprise as to why Disney is losing yacht loads of money every day. They're more interested in checking off boxes to make things as exclusive as possible in every piece of entertainment they put out. God forbid if there's a male who is the lead character, because, well, men can't be heroes in Disney family shows anymore. The special effects are atrocious and fake looking, especially during the opening of the first episode. I've seen more convincing graphics from 80's movies. The story is extremely boring and uninteresting, unlike the two movies that came before. Isn't National Treasure supposed to a fun romp? Disney keeps casting kids in their Disney+ shows who are fresh out of their High School drama class. The lead teen actress is unlikeable and annoying and keeps scrunching up her face and furrowing her brow at other characters because that's the range of her emotion as an actress. Catherine Zeta Jones must have been blackmailed into being in this or she was offered billions of dollars to wear that horrible blonde hair. The script is so bad with cringe dialogue from cringe writers trying to sound cool. Ugh.
